Maharashtra BJP chief Harshvardhan Patil has written a letter to Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, accusing some functionaries of “ally companions” of utilizing foul language towards him and threatening to not enable him to maneuver freely in his former meeting constituency Indapur.
