Taking to social media, Sudheer Babu shared a video of himself painting an image of Lord Shiva—representing strength, divinity, and spiritual power. Through this creative act, he unveiled the release date of Jatadhara, instantly striking an emotional chord with his audience.
Reflecting on the moment, Sudheer Babu said, “When people paint, it’s usually a beautiful woman. But here, we’re painting a handsome man. A man so radiant, the moon—resting quietly on his head—goes unnoticed. That’s how handsome he is. We often worry about styling our hair, but he doesn’t care. His locks are matted, messy, and knotted. That’s why he’s called Jatadhara. What I shared while painting is just a glimpse. There’s so much more to tell—his beauty, his love, his silence, his battles. All of that can’t be captured in a single image. That’s why I’ve created another kind of picture: a film. I invite you to experience Jatadhara in theatres from 7th November.”
It is presented by Zee Studios and Prerna Arora, Jatadhara is backed by producers Umesh Kumar Bansal, Shivin Narang, Aruna Agarwal, Prerna Arora, Shilpa Singhal, and Nikhil Nanda. It is co-produced by Akshay Kejriwal and Kussum Arora, with Divya Vijay as Creative Producer and Bhavini Goswami as Supervising Producer. The film’s music is being handled by Zee Music Co., promising a strong auditory experience to match its visual depth.
Jatadhara is set to hit theatres on 7th November 2025, blending spiritual themes with cinematic storytelling in a way that resonates with both faith and film lovers alike.
