Himesh Reshammiya acknowledged Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar’s impact on his career, stating in an interview with Pinkvilla that both actors have significantly contributed to his journey. He has delivered several hit songs with them, and their collaborations remain fan favorites.

Himesh Reshammiya, in his interview with Pinkvilla, spoke about his bond with Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar and said, “Inn logon ka meri zindagi me bahut bada haath raha hai.”
Himesh Reshammiya recalled how Salman Khan played a crucial role in shaping his music career. He shared, “Salman bhai ne toh break diya; otherwise, I would have been a serial producer. Music was in my blood, but I would not have entered the music industry because I was very happy producing serials and was doing very well.”
Himesh Reshammiya continued, “The music and songs that were in my blood, he gave me a break, and I became successful. The artist inside me… my late father’s teachings, that music could come out.”
Himesh Reshammiya added, “I made my home production Khiladi 786 with Akshay ji. We did so many films and the combination has 100% success.”
Himesh Reshammiya further stated, “No song has gone even 99 in terms of the views and listenership. I think some divine force has a hand in these combinations.”
On the work front, Himesh Reshammiya recently starred in Badass Ravi Kumar, which hit theaters on February 7, 2025.
