Divya Bharti’s secret wedding with Sajid Nadiadwala in the presence of a qazi
As soon as Divya turned 18, she married Sajid in a private ceremony on May 10, 1992. The wedding took place at Sajid’s residence in Mumbai in the presence of a qazi, Divya’s hairdresser, and her friend, Sandhya. The wedding was kept a secret, so that it could not not hamper her illustrious career.
