The opening look of the present featured Ayesha Kanga draped in a surprising ensemble that symbolized life breaking free from a stable block of stone. Adorned with glimmering white sequins and complemented by pure kinds in achromatic hues, the outfit epitomized magnificence and charm.
The set design for the present drew inspiration from a sculptor’s workshop, showcasing iconic summary artworks created by native pupil artists. Notably, the muslin cloth used as a backdrop can be repurposed for creating take a look at clothes on the Rahul Mishra ateliers, reflecting the designer’s dedication to sustainability.
Reflecting on her expertise, Ayesha Kanga expressed her delight at being chosen to open Rahul Mishra’s present. She mentioned, “Opening Rahul Mishra at Lakme fashion week was such a cool experience. We both went to the same college, NID and I see deep traces of our education rooted in his work. I race at any opportunity to wear him!
