The Election Commission of India (ECI), in a press convention on Saturday, introduced the whole polling schedule for the Lok Sabha elections 2024. According to the election fee, the polling for the overall elections will happen in seven phases between April 19 and June 1. Elections for the seventh will likely be held on June 1 in 57 constituencies. The seventh part will cowl 8 States and Union Territories.
There are a complete of 543 seats within the Lok Sabha. Of this, 412 are for normal, whereas 84 are reserved for Scheduled caste (SC) candidates, and 47 for Scheduled tribe (ST) candidates.

Jharkhand: Jharkhand’s 14 seats will go to polls in 4 phases. The seventh part will see 3 constituencies going to polls.
Uttar Pradesh: The largest state by way of Lok Sabha seats can have 13 constituencies voting on May 25.
West Bengal: 9 seats of the state will vote within the sixth part. The state will see polling in all seven phases.
Chandigarh: This union territory will vote for its single seat on June 1.
